Raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Nathan attended New Mexico Military Institute. Graduating from the University of New Mexico with a BA in Political Science with Honors, Nathan attended Valparaiso University School of Law.  Nathan spent his formative years as a young lawyer developing and sharpening his courtroom skills in Indianapolis, Indiana, as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.

Returning to New Mexico, he continued his legal development prosecuting violent and white collar crimes with the Second Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Making the switch to the civil arena,  Nathan quickly learned the ropes by spending a few years as staff counsel with an insurance company handling numerous cases of varying severity involving motor-vehicle accidents, including bad faith and extra-contractual claims.  Nathan now offers his services to a variety of clients in both insurance area and in general civil matters.  Nathan prides himself on his personalized attention to detail and achieving the best possible outcomes for all his clients.

Nathan is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona; State of New Mexico; United States District Court and the State of Indiana (currently inactive).  He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, State Bar of Arizona, New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
